OnePath introduces ‘LiveWell by Zurich’, our global health and wellbeing app designed to help you make health a habit. Bringing together holistic health resources across physical, mental, social and financial health, LiveWell provides a trusted ecosystem for every health journey. Through relevant and engaging experiences, LiveWell makes the path to better health rewarding and sustainable.
LiveWell is available to:
- Any existing life insured on an eligible OnePath life insurance policy;
anyone taking out a new eligible life insurance policy with OnePath through a financial adviser; or
customers who previously had access to OnePath Rewards
To be a LiveWell member, you must:
be at least 18 years old;
provide your valid phone number and email address;
be insured under an eligible OnePath insurance policy;
meet any other eligibility criteria or conditions described as part of your application process; and
be an individual and not a company or trust.
Not hold more than one LiveWell by Zurich Membership at any one time.

No, there is no cost for you to download and use LiveWell.

You can earn Health Points by engaging in daily healthy activities like meeting daily step targets, tracking stress, meditating or reading a health article. It’s simple, the more positive activity you do, the more you earn and the more you can save! Read How to Earn Health Points to find out more.
Buying a reward is simple. Within the ‘rewards’ section, tap on the reward you’d like and then ‘Purchase’. Your health points balance will be reduced by the points of the reward and a voucher will be issued to Vouchers. Purchases cannot be undone.
‘Redeem’ is where you can find all your purchased rewards and their discount codes. Tap on any voucher to start the redemption process. Copy the discount code and click through to the vendor’s site. Paste the discount code into the field at checkout to redeem your discount.
Your data is secure and always encrypted. All data is stored in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For sensitive data, the Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) standards are applied, which outline the safe handling of electronic health data. Only non-identifiable data is used to personalise your experience and for analytics.
For the provision of the app, third parties (like IT service providers) are involved, of course. However, with other third parties, your personal data is only shared when you explicitly provided consent and solely to improve your experience. You are always asked to provide your consent before any data is shared.

Zurich makes the LiveWell by Zurich application available to you under an arrangement with Zurich LiveWell Services and Solutions Ltd. Zurich Australia Limited is a company within the Zurich Financial Services Australia Group, which is a subsidiary of Zurich Insurance Group Ltd (ZIG).
No. Your personal health data is housed securely within the LiveWell by Zurich platform and is not shared with entities of Zurich Group under any circumstances.
The first step is to check the app store to ensure you are running the latest version of the LiveWell app, as updating your app can help to resolve minor technical issues you may be experiencing. If the issue you are experiencing continues, contact support by emailing support.livewell@zurich.com
