Get help with a claim

We’ve put measures in place to offer extra help with new claims and for customers currently receiving income protection benefits. A claim resulting from you contracting COVID-19 will be assessed in the same way as other injuries and illnesses. If you have any questions or need to make a claim, please contact us – we’re here to help.

Use the flexibility of your policy

It’s during times of uncertainty that most people value their insurance cover even more; so if you are experiencing financial stress, we have several options that may help you maintain your cover for the long term. Some examples include removing extra-cost options you may have selected on your policy, and lowering your cover amount.

Be rewarded

You can build up your Qantas Points just by having insurance with us. As a customer, you can start earning Qantas Points on premiums paid for eligible OnePath insurance policies (terms and conditions apply*).
